Nice!~ At first I was like, " LL?!" 'cause the grey coat. XD He looks awesome!~ And very grumpy cute~ <3
I'm not sure about PS, but I know how to make a "copic" effect in SAI if you're interested, perhaps some of the same ideas apply?

^__^; Most people don't know of it~ It's a japanese art program called "Paint tool SAI" I'm using it right now, if you want to see~~ I'll show you the "copic" brush I made~ https://join.me/583-359-082
