OK, so this is what I have:
Wedge is a helot, who really wants to be a Guardian. But as a Helot, he's the antithesis of everything the Guardians stand for. The Guardians united long ago to defeat the great beast Enzyme, and Enzyme created the Helots to destroy the Guardians. Enzyme's been gone for decades, and the helots freed from his control, but they're still reminders of a horrific past. 

Not one to be deterred, Wedge sets himself to demonstrating his heroism and Guardian suitability by performing valorous deeds throughout the countryside. He protects villages from marauding beasts! He brings down tyrannical bandit families! He's tricked into breaking Enzyme's Chains! ..Wait, what?

So Wedge's really stepped in it with that last heroic deed, and Enzyme is free again. Hunted down by the Guardians as a wanted man, Wedge chases Enzyme across the world to stop him from regaining his full power and ruining any chance Wedge has of being a Guardian. But has little Wedge bitten off more than he can chew?

Not sure. Honestly, it's easier to make up a whole synopsis than hammer out the plot details, at this point.

I got the characters, and what sort of stuff-happening I'm aiming for, now it's just time for the nitty-gritty working part.

Sketches are forthcoming, and I'm hard at work on the plotting now.
OK, so I'm typing this response right now. Then, the plotting.

Hi Peoples. Good news, bad news time.

Good news: I'm settled into a new place, and doing more drawing-type things.
Bad news: I can't get any of the drawings into the monitor. There's some kind of glass that keeps the paper from going in. Maybe if I cut a hole I could get my drawings into the internet, and then tape it up before all the internets leak out?

Here, a sketch I made with my tablet, while listening to loud music so I don't strangle people sitting next to me who are chewing TOO LOUDLY...

Did I say that out loud? Uh, I mean, This is a rough sketch I made mostly to get a feel for my tablet. I don't draw much on it because I'm too busy playing video games using my fancy drafting table.
